Conditions for canceling or amending of reservations

PROCEDURES
With the purpose of canceling or amending the reservation it is necessary to contact us (In case you want to cancel or amend the reservations you have made at our Continental Hotel), please contact us at our phone number ++ 381 11 2204 711 or at our e-mail address: reservation@continentalhotelbeograd.com. The cancellation request, beside quoting the reasons of your canceling, should necessarily contain your confirmation of payment (payment identification, TRANSACTION_ID, APPROVAL_CODE, RRN). In return, as a proof that the cancellation or amendment of the reservation is accepted by us, you will receive our written confirmation. All reservations have to be supported by a recognized credit card or a deposit.

EXPENSES

If the reservation is cancelled by you, in accordance with the given procedures, latest 7 (seven) days before the relating term of reservation or the appointed arrival to the Hotel, full amount of the formerly paid reservation shall be returned to you.

If the reservation is cancelled by you, in accordance with the given procedures, within the period from 6(six) to 1(one) day before the relating reservation or the appointed arrival to the Hotel, the amount of formerly paid reservation shall be decreased for the room rate of one night stay. (…?)
The hotel shall retain full amount of the formerly paid reservation, in case the reserved capacities were fully occupied or the reservation was not canceled in accordance with the given procedures and formerly specified terms.

The policy of return of the collected funds

In case the funds should be returned to the Beneficiary, formerly collected by debiting the account of the payment card, partially or in full, and without any respect to the reason of return of the funds, the Continental Hotel is obliged to effect the payment return, exclusively through VISA, EC/MC and Maestro method of payment, which means that the funds will be returned to the account of the Beneficiary’s payment card.
